When you move into a new place, whether that be a house or apartment, it’s important to make it a home. DIY projects, can not only be super fun, but also relatively inexpensive. Below are five awesome ideas, to get truly make the most of your new spot!

Even if you don’t want to admit it, we all tend to hold on to things! Whether those things be books and DVDs, or memorabilia, shelves are the perfect way to store them. You’ll be organizing, and decorating all at the same time. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!

4.Plants

Having live plants around, truly brings in a whole new vibe. Plants give life to a home, and who doesn’t love that?! Get your green on, and create your very own Terrarium Garden in just 30 minutes. Whether you’re looking to create an entire tabletop jungle, or a small leafy garden, there is a plant perfect for you!

5.Gallery Walls

Make the most of your home, by displaying photos on the wall. A gallery wall allows you to show off all of your favorite people and places, in the most simple and beautiful way. The best part is, this project definitely won’t break the bank. Find the perfect wall, and fill it with love. Everyone will be in awe!
